Worldwide. Whatever you order, be 100% cotton bedding sets, kids wall stickers, or play rugs, our standard delivery charge is the same. This single charge applies even if your order requires several separate deliveries,.

We ship Worldwide!

All of our Bedding Sets, kids play rugs are custom handcrafted and made to order to the highest quality standards. Taking this into account:

• Please allow 3-7 days to receive a tracking number while your order is hand-crafted, packaged and shipped from our facility. Estimated shipping time thereafter is 7-10 days before reaching you in shaa Allah!

Our office is located in Uk London and all of our bedding is handcrafted to high quality standards & ethical working conditions by our lovely manufactures worldwide. Read about our ethical working conditions on our site to further understand.

Personalised products, some furniture and other selected items will be sent separately as soon as they are ready (please check product details for more specific information) or contact us at contact@purenur.com for more details.

Postage & packaging costs are calculated in the checkout basket and are dependent on the package dimensions, weight and delivery location.

Transit time is normally within seven working days (UK working days are Monday to Friday). However this estimate is based on deliveries to major cities; please allow a few extra days for more remote destinations.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS AND PRE-ORDERS

If a product is listed as temporarily out of stock, it can normally be pre-ordered for delivery when it becomes available (you can find this information on the relevant product page of the website); you will not be charged for pre-ordered items until they are despatched to you, unless you are paying by Paypal, in which case payment will be taken at the point of ordering. Please note there are no additional delivery charges for pre-ordered items and they will not delay the rest of the your order.

SELF-ASSEMBLY

Please check the details tab on the product information page to determine whether the product requires self-assembly. In our catalogues, products that require self-assembly are indicated by a screwdriver icon in the product information.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We hope you’re delighted with everything you buy from us, but we do understand that you may need to return things sometimes.

So if you're not happy with something you receive from us for any reason, you can return it to us, for refund or exchange. You can read more about our refund and returns policy.

Please note the following items cannot be exchanged or refunded:

• Personalised products
• Self-assembly items which have been assembled or part-assembled are excluded unless they are damaged or faulty.
• bedding or personal grooming products once the packaging has been opened (due to hygiene and safety reasons).

Our Free Returns policy means you can return things from anywhere in the UK for any reason, at our cost, for a refund or an exchange; you just need to return it, unused, within 30 days of the despatch date.
